Peanut Butter Breakfast Bars

Peanut Butter Breakfast Bars are soft, chewy, are easy to make and are nutritious with oats, peanut butter and bananas. They’re simple with only 6-ingredients and make a great snack!

Ingredients
2 cups of quick cooking oats
2 each of bananas, ripe
1/2 cup of peanut butter
2 each of eggs
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1 tsp of baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 7 x 11 glass baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Blend oats in a food processor until ground. Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour batter into the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until a toothpick stuck into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let cool before slicing. *Syrup can be omitted for babies and toddlers if desired.
