Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Cups

Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Cups are nutritious, rich and creamy, protein-packed snacks that are easy to make with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, fresh berries and crushed graham crackers!
12 frozen yogurt cups

Ingredients

E2 cups of vanilla Greek yogurt, use whole-milk yogurt or 2% for the best texture
E1/4 cup of peanut butter, drippy
E1/4 cup of crushed graham crackers, and crushed peanuts
E1/2 cup of raspberries
E1/2 cup of blackberries

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and peanut butter well. Pour the mixture evenly into muffin liners- silicone muffin liners work best because they're the easiest to remove.
  2. Top with crushed graham crackers, peanuts and berries.
  3. Freeze until mostly solid- about 1 hour. Remove from the muffin liner to enjoy.
*If you like a softer texture, let your Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Cup thaw for a few minutes before eating.
**Freeze for 1 to 1-1/2 hours for a softer, not totally frozen cup.
