Peanut Butter Pops
3/4 cup of peanut butter
1 1/2 cup of coconut milk, canned
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1 cup of Greek yogurt, plain
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1/4 cup of chopped peanuts, roasted
- Blend peanut butter, coconut milk, maple syrup and yogurt until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
- Once frozen, remove carefully from mold, melt chocolate with coconut oil and drizzle on pops. Top w crushed nuts.
- Place back in freezer until ready to eat!
