Peanut Butter Pops

E3/4 cup of peanut butter
E1 1/2 cup of coconut milk, canned
E1/4 cup of maple syrup
E1 cup of Greek yogurt, plain
E1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
E1 tbsp of coconut oil
E1/4 cup of chopped peanuts, roasted


  1. Blend peanut butter, coconut milk, maple syrup and yogurt until smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
  3. Once frozen, remove carefully from mold, melt chocolate with coconut oil and drizzle on pops. Top w crushed nuts.
  4. Place back in freezer until ready to eat!
