Peanut Energy Smoothie
Start your day with heart-healthy peanut protein! Pour your smoothie into an ice cube tray or popsicle molds with a stick for on-the-go refreshing energy pops!
4 each of bananas, chilled
1 quart of low fat milk
5 tbsp of peanut butter
3 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp of honey
- Slice the banana and freeze until firm. Blend milk, peanut powder, cocoa and honey in a blender until smooth.
- With the motor running, add the banana slices through the hole in the lid and continue to puree until smooth. Serve cold.
