5 cups of strawberries, quartered
3 tbsp of cornstarch
1/3 cup of sugar
Topping
1 1/2 cup of peanuts
1 1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 cup of butter, cold
2 tbsp of flour, gluten free
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a 7x10 baking dish.
- Mix all of the ingredients together with a fork and add on top of the strawberries.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
