This study compared the relationship between dietary patterns and cognitive function, examining 5 separate deiets among 806 participants in the SUN Study.

Key Findings

Key Findings: The MIND Diet was shown to increase cognitive status scores by an average of 1.5 points over 6 years. This diet includes both peanuts and peanut butter. Authors conclude that there was a beneficial association between MIND diet adherence and cognitive function.
