In this study, scientists tested the effects of peanut sprout extract on inhibiting allergic and anaphylactic reactions in nice.
Key Findings
Results of the study showed that by sprouting peanuts for 3,5, or 7 days, the allerginicity was significantly reduced. More studies are needed in this area, however, since this was done in mice.
