Methods
This study examined the composition of both peanut and peanut-flaxseed oils and the compared of the oil content of both.
Key Findings
The combination of peanut oil and flaxseed helps improve fatty acid composition (linoleic by 23 %, oleic by 28 %, linolenic by 96 %).
