Methods

This study conducted in South Africa was designed to look at the relationship between diet and breast cancer risk in women. It included 396 breast cancer cases and 396 normal cases.

Key Findings: Consumption of nuts and seeds was associated with a significantly reduced risk of ER+ breast cancer.
