This study used data from the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Investigators assessed the sociodemographic and dietary factors that affect the fequency of peanut consumption in 10,552 participants.
Key Findings
In this population, increasing age, higher education, and prudent dietary scores (indicative of a potentially healthier diet), were associated with a high frequency of peanut consumption.
