Methods
This study looked at the relationship between legume/nut intake and odds of breast cancer in 1150 women. Peanuts/tree nuts were included in the “nuts” category.

Key Findings: Peanut/tree nut intake was associated with an 84% lower odds of breast cancer when comparing participants who consumed the most peanuts/tree nuts to those who consumed the least.
