In this study, authors investigated the association between nut consumption (including peanuts and peanut butter) on cancer recurrence and death in patients with stage 3 colon cancer.

Key Findings: Patients who consumed 2 or more servings of nuts per week had a lower incidnce of cancer recurrence and death than patients who consumed none.
