Resveratrol is found in raw and roasted peanuts, as well as peanut butter. It is considered an antioxidant that helps to prevent cellular damage, and also exerts a cardiovascular protective effect. Resveratrol shows evidence for cancer protection as well as promise in the treatment of Alzheimer's and diabetes.
