This Korean study examined 5306 Korean adults. Investigators divided them according to their peanut, almond, and fine nut intake and they were followed for 10 years.

Key Findings: The results showed that peanut, almond, and fine nut intake (>15 grams per week) was associated with a reduced incidence of metabolic syndrome in men and women.
