Southeast Asian Sweet Chili Peanut Sauce

Serve with this versatile sauce on raw cut vegetables like jicama, radishes, carrots or bell peppers. Or drizzle over fish, chicken or noodles. The possibilities are endless!

 3 ounces peanut butter
 3 ounces Mae Ploy brand sweet chili sauce
 1 ounce rice vinegar
 1 ounce water
 2 tablespoons crushed, roasted peanuts

 

  1. Combine peanut butter, sweet chili sauce, vinegar, and water and whisk until smooth.
  2. Garnish with crushed roasted peanuts.
