In this article, authors review the role that nutrition may play in helping to fight against COVID-19.
Key Findings: Although there are still many unknowns about the virus, authors recommend a balanced diet that will help to strengthen the immune system. These recommendations include eating 2 cups of fruits daily, consuming 2.5 cups of vegetables and legumes, and including whole grains and nuts in the diet each day.
